At BEP we continue to invest in Apprenticeships and training programmes

Here at BEP we firmly that believe that apprentices are vital, not only to the future of BEP, but also for keeping valuable engineering skills alive in #UKManufacturing.

For the past 8 years we have been recruiting at least 2 apprentices a year. And this year is no different.

We are working with North West Training Centre to recruit 3? new engineering apprentices.

For our apprentices, we offer a clear career progression path, giving them the experience they need and the opportunity to learn different skills from grinding, turning, finishing, super finishing, and quality.

Each apprentice spends between 3 to 5 years at BEP, at the end of which they gain a diploma as a City & Guilds Mechanical Engineer.

And we’ve had many successes, including Connor who started as an apprentice back in 2016, who went on to win Apprentice of the Year at OTC in Mechanical Engineering in 2019 and is now progressing his career into quality inspections.
